All Morélia products are made to order to ensure quality and freshness.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 full working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. In most cases, orders are delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, peak seasons, or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery destination.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.
