Return and Refund Policy
Each Morélia product is made to order and customized specifically for your purchase.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us at mymoreliaeu@gmail.com before returning the product.
Please note that, in accordance with EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Therefore, opened skincare products cannot be returned.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
